Unveiling of the Queen’s Jubilee Bench
The Mayor unveiled the bench installed to celebrate the Queen's Jubilee.

Town Council grant awarded to Redeem Funds
Redeem Funds were sucessful in being awarded £1,000 from Wellingborough Town Council. The Mayor went to visit and congratulate them.
Remembrance Sunday
The service organised by Wellingborough Town Council and the Royal British Legion Wellingborough and District branch was led by The Reverend Canon Paula York. 
BBC Children in Need – Rick Shaw Challenge
Matt Baker MBE returned for the 12th Rickshaw Challenge with a special programme for BBC Children in Need. On Friday 21st October, they came to Wellingborough!!

Supporting Independence Programme
North Northamptonshire Council are running The Supporting Independence Programme. It is a Northamptonshire Public Health service, delivered free of charge in community clinics across the county. They provide tailored support to clients (aged 18 & over) in several areas of their life, which may impact their every-day independence & wellbeing.

Visitor Use of the Upper Nene Valley
North and West Northants Councils with Bedford Borough Council and the Wildlife Trust are currently undertaking a survey to find out more about how people use the Upper Nene Valley for recreation to help with managing these spaces in the future.
